Science of Life – Celibacy from Sex

Science of Life – From Sex to Celibacy

Vedanta 2.0 The Agyat Agyani – A Modern Philosophy

✧ Science of Life – Celibacy from Sex ✧

✧ Introduction ✧

This book is not written to establish any belief, any religion, or any tradition.
It is simply an attempt to understand life.

The energy within a human being that manifests as lust can, with understanding and awareness, be transformed into love, compassion and consciousness.

This text attempts to explain in simple terms the same journey of life –
from lust to celibacy, and from consciousness to a free life.

This book does not claim to be the ultimate truth.
It only points the way.

Every human being has to discover the truth through his own experience.

If the words of this book awaken even a little awareness within you,
that is its purpose.

Chapter 1

Kama – the basic energy of life

Vedanta 2.0
The first heartbeat of life is Kama – it is the energy of creation.

The force at work at the root of life is energy
. Humans are a living manifestation of that energy.

The form in which this energy first manifests is what we call work .

Kama is not just a physical act.
Kama is not just sexual desire.
Kama is the very pulse of life that drives creation .

The blooming of a flower,
the sprouting of a seed,
the attraction of birds,
the love of humans –
the same energy is working behind all these.

It is this energy that keeps life moving forward.
It is this energy that makes creation possible.

So before understanding the work one thing must be clear:

Sex is not a sin.

Sex is the natural force of life.
Just as hunger is the nature of the body, so sex is the nature of life's energy.

The problem isn't in the work.
The problem is in the ignorance.

When a person pursues sex without understanding it, that energy becomes lust
. And when that energy is lived with awareness, that energy becomes love and ultimately celibacy .

Therefore, lust and celibacy are not two separate forces.
They are two states of the same energy.

In ignorance, the same energy falls down,
while in understanding, it rises upward.

The entire inner journey of man is the journey of this energy.

From lust comes lust,
from lust comes love,
from love comes compassion,
and from compassion comes celibacy.

A person who considers lust an enemy and runs away from it never understands it.
And a person who becomes immersed in lust is also never free from it.

Liberation comes only through understanding.

Therefore, the first step in the spiritual journey is
to understand work.

Because the energy that is understood
is the same energy that gets transformed.

difference between lust and sex

Vedanta 2.0
Kama is nature, lust is a distortion of the mind.

Often, humans consider sex and lust to be the same thing,
but in reality, they are not the same.

Kama is nature.
Lust is a perversion of the mind.

Sex is the innate energy of life.
Lust is a distorted form of that energy.

When a flower blooms,
when a bird calls for a mate,
when a seed sprouts—
all this is an expression of kama.

There is no disorder,
no sin,
no conflict here.

This is the natural flow of nature.

But man has an additional element – the mind .

When lust gets connected with the imaginations, desires and selfishness of the mind,
then the same energy becomes lust .

There is naturalness in sex.
There is desire in lust.

Kama has the potential to create,
whereas lust only desires consumption.

Lust is fleeting and spontaneous.
Desire is constantly present in the mind.

Lust arises in the body and then passes away.
Desire accumulates in the mind and returns again and again.

This difference confuses man.

When society calls sex a sin without understanding it,
then man starts suppressing it.

And when energy is suppressed,
it is no longer natural.

The same suppressed desire spreads in the mind in the form of lust .

So the problem isn't the work itself.
The problem is living with the work without understanding it.

If work is understood
then the same energy balances life.

But if work is suppressed
, the same energy makes the mind unbalanced.

Therefore, the first sign of spiritual understanding is this:

Don't blame lust.
Recognize lust.

Because sex is the law of nature,
but lust is the shadow of ignorance.

Chapter 3

How lust is born

Vedanta 2.0
Ignorance, repression and imagination—the three seeds of lust.

Lust is not innate.
Lust is not a natural trait.

There is work in nature,
but there is no lust.

Look at the animals and birds.
They live by the law of lust,
but not by desire.

They are not used unless
nature requires it.

But the situation of human beings is different. Human beings have a mind
within them , and the mind is filled with memory, imagination, and desire.

This is where lust is born.

When work gets associated with the imaginations of the mind,
it loses its naturalness.

Then it is no longer just an energy, but becomes
a craving .

Lust is born due to three reasons:

Ignorance, repression and imagination.

Ignorance because humans don't understand the nature of sex.
Repression because society calls it a sin and tells us to suppress it.
And imagination because the mind keeps replaying that energy in thoughts.

When any energy cannot flow naturally,
it starts accumulating in the mind.

And the energy that accumulates in the mind
gradually becomes distorted.

This perversion is lust.

The nature of lust is
that it is never satisfied.

The more you enjoy it,
the more it grows.

Because lust is not the hunger of the body,
it is the hunger of the mind.

And there is no end to the hunger of the mind.

Therefore the solution to lust is neither indulgence
nor suppression.

The only solution is understanding .

When a man realizes
that lust is actually a creation of his mind,
its spell begins to break.

Then the same energy slowly
starts returning to its original state.

And from there
the transformation of energy becomes possible.

Chapter 4

Why repression increases lust

Those teeth 2.0
that are suppressed return as distortion within.

The biggest mistake of man has been that instead of understanding work, he tried to suppress it.

Society, religion and traditions often teach that sex is sinful,
and the only way to avoid sin is suppression .

But repression is not the solution.
Repression only deepens the problem.

Because energy can be suppressed,
but cannot be eliminated.

When any energy is blocked,
it starts accumulating inside.

And the energy that gets suppressed within
gradually starts taking a distorted form.

This suppressed desire becomes lust
in the darkness of the mind .

There is another problem with repression—
repression binds the mind to the very thing it wants to repress.

Whatever is suppressed,
the mind starts thinking more about it.

As soon as the mind says –
“Don't think about it”,
the same thought starts coming back again and again.

Thus, repression
does not eliminate energy,
but rather deepens it.

This is why where lust was suppressed the most,
desire increased the most.

The result of repression is:

  • Conflict within

  • guilt in the mind

  • and imbalance in life.

Therefore the path of repression
does not give peace to man.

The right path is not suppression, but
understanding and awareness .

When a person looks at work without fear and guilt,
then gradually the nature of that energy begins to be understood.

And the energy that is understood
no longer needs to be suppressed.

Only then does the energy naturally
start moving towards its higher form.

Chapter 5

Energy conversion

Vedanta 2.0
Energy changes – understanding gives it direction.

Every force in life is energy.
Sex is energy.
Love is energy.
Consciousness is energy.

The nature of energy is to change its form .

Just as water sometimes becomes ice,
sometimes becomes steam,
but its basic element remains the same.

Similarly, the energy of life also
manifests in different forms.

Kama is the initial form of that energy.

When a person is unconscious,
the same energy flows downwards
and then it becomes lust .

But when a person becomes aware,
the same energy starts changing.

This is where the transformation begins.

Energy cannot be suppressed,
but it can be transformed through understanding.

When the energy of sex is viewed without fear and guilt,
a new quality gradually begins to emerge in it.

The same energy that previously only wanted enjoyment
now begins to transform into connection and sensitivity .

This is where love is born.

The pure form of lust is love.

There is attraction in sex.
There is intimacy in love.

There is desire in sex.
There is participation in love.

Sex only unites bodies.
Love unites souls.

When this energy deepens further, compassion is born
from love .

And when compassion matures,
the same energy becomes celibacy .

Therefore celibacy is not a separate power.

Brahmacharya is the same energy
that reaches its purest state.

The journey from lust to celibacy
is a journey of transformation of energy.

One who understands this secret
understands the greatest power of life.

Love – the transformation of sex

Vedanta 2.0
When work is understood, it becomes love.

When the energy of lust comes into contact with understanding and awareness,
its first transformation takes place in the form of love .

Both lust and love are two forms of the same energy,
but their direction is different.

The center of lust is the self
, the center of love is the other .

In work, man wants to take.
In love, man wants to give.

In sex, the body is dominant,
while in love, the heart awakens.

Therefore, the difference between lust and love is very subtle yet very deep.

There is attraction in sex,
but that attraction is momentary.

Along with attraction, love also involves
respect, trust and sensitivity .

Lust only seeks union.
Love seeks understanding.

Lust is related to the body,
love is related to the heart.

When a person understands lust and does not suppress it,
then the same energy gradually starts getting purified.

And then sensitivity towards others starts to arise in that energy .

This is where love is born.

Love is not the opposite of sex.
Love is the maturity of sex.

Just as a raw fruit gradually ripens and becomes sweet,
similarly lust transforms into love with the touch of understanding.

In love, a person does not see the other as a means to an end.
He sees the other as a living consciousness.

This change elevates the energy.

When love deepens,
selfishness gradually begins to disappear.

And then the next form of love is born –
compassion.

From here the energy of man
enters a new dimension.

Chapter 7

Compassion—the extension of love

Vedanta 2.0
Love is limited, compassion is limitless.

When love matures,
its nature begins to change.

Love often begins with a single person.
A person is attracted to someone,
feels empathy and a sense of belonging.

But as love deepens,
it gradually begins to cross boundaries.

Love doesn't remain confined to just one person.
It begins to spread.

This is where compassion is born.

Compassion is an extension of love.

Love still involves a relationship—
with one person.

But in compassion the relationship is not limited.

With compassion, a person begins to feel every living being as his own.

He becomes sensitive not only towards his loved ones but towards every living being.

This is the nature of compassion.

Compassion doesn't involve the desire to receive.
Compassion involves the ease of giving.

Love can still have a subtle sense of “mine and yours” somewhere .

But in compassion this difference also starts disappearing.

When a person lives in compassion,
a new peace begins to arise within him.

Because there is no conflict in compassion.
There is no selfishness in compassion.

Compassion simply involves understanding and acceptance .

This state further elevates the energy of a person.

And when compassion is complete,
the next state of energy is born –

Celibacy.

From here the energy of man
starts moving towards its most balanced and pure form.

Chapter 8

Brahmacharya – Balance of Energy

Vedanta 2.0
Brahmacharya is not suppression – it is a balance of energy.

The term celibacy is often misunderstood.
Many people consider it simply the renunciation of sex or sexual abstinence .

But the real meaning of celibacy is much deeper than this.

Brahmacharya means living in the Brahman,
that is, living life in an awareness where the energies are balanced.

Celibacy is not opposition to sex,
nor is it the suppression of sex.

Brahmacharya is a balanced state of energy.

When lust is done in ignorance,
the same energy becomes lust.

When that same energy is understood,
it becomes love.

When love deepens,
it becomes compassion.

And when compassion is fully matured,
the energy becomes completely balanced.

This state is celibacy.

In celibacy, energy does not dissipate.
It becomes stable and calm.

It is not born from any rule or vow.
It is born from understanding.

A person who is afraid of sex
cannot understand celibacy.

A person who is immersed in lust
cannot understand celibacy.

Celibacy is born only in the life of one
who understands the energy of sex with full awareness.

Then there is no conflict in energy.

She becomes naturally balanced.

This balance gives birth to a new inner peace within man .

And when the energy is balanced,
another truth hidden deep within the mind begins to emerge –

What is the mind itself?

This is where the next secret is revealed:

Mind is a bundle of energy.

Chapter 9

Mind – a knot of energy

Vedanta 2.0
Mind is a knot of energy – understanding untangles it.

When the energy begins to balance,
then man begins to look at his mind for the first time.

We often take our mind for granted.
We think we are what we think,
what we feel,
what we want.

But on looking deeper we find that
the mind is not a permanent entity.

The mind is actually a knot of energy .

When energy is free,
it remains in flow.

But when that same energy becomes tied up with memories, desires, and identities,
it becomes a knot.

This knot is the mind .

The mind is a collection of thoughts.
The mind is a web of memories.
The mind is a center of desires.

Therefore, the mind is not static.
It is constantly changing.

Sometimes happy,
sometimes sad,
sometimes hopeful,
sometimes disappointed.

All these are different states of the same knot of energy.

When energy is entangled in lust,
the mind remains restless.

When energy transforms into love,
the mind becomes soft.

When energy transforms into compassion,
the mind begins to calm down.

And when the energy is balanced in celibacy,
the knots of the mind gradually start loosening.

Then for the first time man sees that
the mind is a process going on within him,
he is not the mind itself.

This understanding gives birth to a new experience.

When the mind is observed

Chapter 10

Birth of the Seer

Vedanta 2.0
When the observer awakens, the power of the mind begins to break.

When a person begins to see that the mind is a process going on within him,
then a huge change takes place in his life.

For the first time he understands that
he is not the mind.

They're not thoughts.
They're not feelings.
They're not desires.

He's going to see them all.

This is where the seer is born.

The meaning of seer is –
one who only sees.

He neither fights with thoughts,
nor suppresses them,
nor runs after them.

He just watches.

When anger arises –
he sees.

When lust arises –
he sees.

When love arises –
it sees.

Seeing this is the awakening of consciousness.

Earlier, humans used to get lost in every experience.
Now they become witnesses to experiences.

This feeling of being a witness gradually starts calming the mind.

Because the mind gets strength
from our identity.

When we consider ourselves as mind,
the mind becomes powerful.

But when we simply observe the mind,
its grip begins to loosen.

This is the moment
where the spiritual journey truly begins.

Because now man does not live in reaction,
he begins to live in awareness.

The birth of a seer
changes a person from within.

And when the observer begins to become still,
a new light appears in life –

Awakening of consciousness.

Chapter 11

Awakening of consciousness

Vedanta 2.0
Awareness dispels the darkness of ignorance.

When the seer is born,
a new dimension begins to open within man.

He is no longer merely a person who drifts through events.
He begins to observe every process going on within him.

This is where the awakening of consciousness begins.

Consciousness is not a thought.
Consciousness is not even a belief.

Consciousness is the ability
through which a human being can see himself.

When consciousness awakens,
man sees clearly every emotion within himself.

Anger rises—
he sees it.

Lust arises—
he sees her.

Fear arises—
he sees it.

This seeing is the function of consciousness.

Earlier, man was carried away by every emotion.
Now he becomes a witness to the emotions.

This awareness gradually starts eliminating the darkness of the mind.

Because ignorance is darkness,
and consciousness is light.

Where there is light,
darkness cannot survive.

When consciousness awakens,
a new clarity is born in life.

Man no longer moves by reactions,
he moves by understanding.

This understanding balances life.

And as consciousness deepens,
the flow of energy also begins to change.

The energy is no longer scattered.
It begins to flow inward.

This is where the next secret is revealed –

Internal flow of energy.

Chapter 12

internal flow of energy

Vedanta 2.0
When the energy returns within, the mind begins to calm down.

When consciousness begins to awaken,
the direction of human energy begins to change.

Earlier, energy used to flow outward,
dissipating into desires, attractions, and pleasures.

For this reason, man remained tired and unbalanced from within.

But when awareness comes,
the energy slowly starts returning inwards.

This is a very subtle change.

The energy remains the same,
but its flow changes.

Earlier, that same energy used to flow outside as lust, but
now it begins to settle inside.

When the energy returns within,
the restlessness of the mind gradually begins to subside.

Because most of the restlessness of the mind
arises from the dispersion of energy.

When energy is scattered,
the mind runs in a thousand directions.

But when energy accumulates within,
the mind starts becoming calm.

This is where the possibility of meditation is born.

The internal flow of energy
takes man towards the inner center.

Just as a river flows towards the ocean,
the energy awakened in consciousness
begins to return to its inner source.

This inner flow
is the journey of connecting man with himself.

And when the energy begins to settle within,
the next step becomes clear –

Meditation – direction of energy.

Chapter 13

Meditation – the direction of energy

Vedanta 2.0
Meditation is not an effort – it is a direction towards awareness.

When energy begins to return inward,
a new process begins in human life.
That process is called meditation .

Meditation is not a special activity.
Meditation is not even a religious ritual.

Meditation is actually the direction of energy .

When energy flows outward,
the mind gets entangled in desires.

When the same energy turns inward,
the mind gradually begins to calm down.

This turning inward is meditation.

Meditation means
watching every process going on within you with awareness.

Thoughts arise,
but man does not get lost in them.

Feelings arise,
but he doesn't hold them back.

Desires arise,
but he does not become their slave.

He just watches.

This very seeing is meditation.

There is no struggle in meditation,
no effort in meditation.

In meditation there is only awareness .

As the meditation deepens,
the flow of energy becomes more balanced.

The noise in the mind begins to subside.
The pace of thoughts slows down.

Then for the first time a person
experiences deep inner peace.

This peace doesn't come from outside.
It is the calm state of the same energy
that was previously scattered in passion and unrest.

Meditation gives direction to that energy.

And when the attention becomes steady,
man's journey moves towards another deeper transformation –

From work to compassion.

Chapter 14

From work to compassion

Vedanta 2.0
is the journey of energy from lust to compassion.

The journey of human energy is quite remarkable.
The same energy that initially manifests as work
gradually transforms into higher forms.

Kama is the fundamental energy of life.
But when this energy is in ignorance,
it is limited to mere attraction and enjoyment.

When understanding comes,
that same energy becomes love .

In love, a person does not consider the other person as a mere means,
he starts respecting the existence of the other person.

But the journey does not end here.

When love deepens,
its scope begins to expand.

Love which was earlier limited to one person,
now gradually starts spreading to everyone.

This is where compassion is born.

Compassion is an expanded state of love.

In love, there may still be a subtle sense of "mine" and "yours."
But in compassion, this distinction begins to disappear.

In compassion, man becomes sensitive towards every living being.

He becomes compassionate not only to his beloved, but to every living being.

This is the nature of compassion.

Compassion has no expectations.
Compassion only requires understanding and acceptance.

From here onwards, human consciousness becomes more mature.

Energy is no longer just personal,
it begins to become universal.

And when consciousness expands so much,
another profound change takes place within man—

The fall of ego.

Chapter 15

The fall of ego

Vedanta 2.0
Where there is understanding, ego cannot survive.

When energy starts transforming into compassion,
a huge transformation takes place within the human being.

This is transformation – the gradual disappearance of the ego.

The ego is not actually a concrete thing.
The ego is a perception,
an identification,
an illusion.

When a person identifies himself only with his thoughts, desires and achievements,
that identification becomes ego.

The nature of ego is
to consider oneself separate and superior.

He says:

“I am different.”
“I am superior.”
“I want more.”

That is why ego always lives in comparison and conflict.

But when consciousness awakens
and compassion begins to spread,
man gradually sees how limited this “I” really is.

He begins to understand that life is not his alone.
He is part of a larger existence.

This understanding begins to weaken the ego.

The ego does not collapse through struggle.
It is destroyed through understanding.

When a person clearly sees that
the “I” is only a mental construct,
his grip begins to loosen.

Just as darkness cannot stand in front of light,
similarly ego cannot stand in front of awareness.

The more the ego decreases,
the lighter and freer a person feels.

And when the ego is almost gone,
a new feeling is born in life –

Calmness.

Chapter 16

The birth of peace

Vedanta 2.0
Where ego ends, peace is born.

When the grip of ego starts loosening,
a new feeling is born within the person.

This is the feeling – peace.

Peace is not something that can be obtained from outside.
Peace is not dependent on any circumstances.

Peace is actually the name of that state of mind
where conflict ends.

When the mind is filled with desires, fears and comparisons,
it remains constantly restless.

Ego is the root cause of that unrest.

The ego is always in a race to achieve something.
It wants to prove itself and
surpass others.

For this reason the mind never becomes stable.

But as consciousness grows
and the ego gradually begins to disappear,
a deep stillness begins to come into the mind.

Now man does not need to prove himself.

He starts accepting himself as he is .

This is where peace is born.

Peace means
inner balance.

Where there is no internal conflict,
no unnecessary race.

When a person starts living in peace,
the pace of life also changes.

Now he does not live in reaction,
but lives in understanding.

And as the peace deepens,
another wonderful change occurs within man—

The final stage of love.

Chapter 17

final stage of love

Vedanta 2.0
When love becomes one's nature, that is its final state.

When peace begins to settle within a person,
the nature of love also begins to change.

Initially, love is a feeling.
It manifests as attraction and intimacy toward a particular person.

But when consciousness deepens,
love is no longer just a feeling.

He transforms into human nature .

Love is no longer confined to a particular individual.
It is visible in every aspect of life.

Man looks at trees—
and there is love in him.

He sees animals and birds –
and he has love for them.

He sees men—
and he has the same love.

Love is no longer a relationship,
it becomes a deep acceptance of existence.

This is the final stage of love.

In this state, love does not ask,
love gives.

Love is not conditional.
It flows without reason.

This love gives birth to a wonderful expansion within man .

Now the person does not feel limited.

He feels that life is bigger than him.

This experience expands the consciousness further.

And when this expansion of consciousness begins to be complete,
the human journey enters the next stage –

Expansion of consciousness.

Chapter 18

Expansion of consciousness

Vedanta 2.0
Consciousness expands as the limited 'I' breaks.

When love reaches its ultimate state,
a new dimension of consciousness opens up within man.

Consciousness is no longer just a personal experience.
It begins to expand beyond boundaries.

Earlier, humans saw themselves as a small “I” –
a body, a name, an identity.

But when consciousness expands,
this limited identity gradually begins to disappear.

Man begins to feel that
he is not just a body.

It is not just a collection of ideas either.

He is part of the awareness
that pervades all of existence.

This is where the experience of life changes.

Man no longer sees himself as separate.
He feels himself part of the vast current of life.

This experience doesn't come from any logic.
It comes from the depth of awareness.

When consciousness expands,
inner boundaries begin to break down.

Fear subsides.
Conflict begins to end.

A deep freedom is born within man.

This freedom leads man to another important state –

Dedication.

Chapter 19

Dedication

Vedanta 2.0
Surrender is the end of struggle with life.

When consciousness expands,
a deeper understanding is born within man.

That understanding is that
our attempt to control life
has been the cause of our struggle.

Humans always want to control their lives according to their own wishes.
They want to control every situation and
shape every outcome according to their own wishes.

It is from this grip that tension arises.

But when consciousness deepens,
man sees that life is a vast stream.

This stream does not operate as per the wishes of any one person.

It flows by its nature.

This is where dedication is born.

Surrender is not defeat.
Surrender is not weakness.

Surrender means
giving up the struggle with life.

When a person surrenders,
he accepts life
as it is.

He no longer fights every event.
He sees every situation as a lesson.

In surrender, a person's ego starts melting completely.

Now the grip of “I” loosens.

This surrender brings man to the door of a deeper state –

Samadhi.

Chapter 20

Samadhi

Vedanta 2.0
When the 'I' melts away, that is Samadhi.

When surrender is complete,
a state arises within man
where conflict, clinging and ego completely disappear.

This state is called Samadhi .

Samadhi is not a miraculous event.
Samadhi is not an external achievement.

Samadhi is complete peace of mind.

When the crowd of thoughts ends,
when the pressure of desires ends,
when the center of “I” melts away –
then what remains is Samadhi.

In samadhi, a person no longer experiences himself as a separate entity.
He merges into the vastness of life.

This dissolution is not destruction.
It is freedom from limited identity.

Just as a drop falling into the ocean becomes the ocean,
similarly in Samadhi the consciousness of the individual
merges into the vast consciousness of existence.

In this state there is neither any fear
nor any desire.

Only a feeling of deep peace and completeness remains.

Samadhi is not the end.
Samadhi is the deepest understanding of life.

And when this understanding becomes stable,
man starts living life in a new way.

This stage gives rise to the next stage –

Free life.

Chapter 21

free life

Vedanta 2.0
A free life is one where consciousness is free.

When a person experiences Samadhi,
a profound change in his consciousness becomes permanent.

Life is no longer the same for him.

Previously, he was driven by desires, fears, and conflicts.
Now he lives in free awareness .

This state is free life .

Living a free life doesn't mean escaping the world. Living
a free life doesn't even mean abandoning the world.

Free life means
being free from within while living in the world.

Man is no longer a slave to circumstances.
He lives with understanding.

He no longer tries to control life.
He goes with the flow of life.

In free life:

  • love is easy

  • compassion is natural

  • Peace is permanent

For such a person every moment becomes a celebration.

He doesn't wait for any special achievement.
He sees perfection in every moment.

This is the maturity of life.

The journey of energy that began with work
now reaches its highest point.

From lust comes lust,
from lust comes love,
from love comes compassion,
from compassion comes consciousness,
and from consciousness comes free life.

This is the inner journey of man.

He who understands this
understands the secret of life.

✧ Closing Message ✧

Dear reader,

If you've gotten this far,
it means you haven't just read words—
you've glimpsed an inner journey .

This book was not written to establish any doctrine, any religion, or any belief.
It is simply an invitation
to look within.

This journey from lust to celibacy
is not the journey of any one person.
It is the journey of the energy that flows within every human being.

If the words in this book
help you understand your life a little better,
if these thoughts
awaken a small question or a small awareness within you,
then that is the success of this writing.

The truth of life is not found by reading.
The truth of life is revealed by living it .

So don't take these words as the ultimate truth.
Just look at them as a direction .

Discover the truth through your own experience,
recognize the light within you.

Your time,
your attention
, and your patience—
thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of it.

God, Truth or Brahman –
whatever name you want to give it –
should appear in your consciousness.

This is my best wishes.

With love and gratitude.

✧ Vedanta 2.0 — What is it? (Introduction) ✧

Agyat agyani

Vedanta 2.0 is not a new religion.
It is not even a new tradition.

Vedanta 2.0 is actually a modern understanding of ancient Vedanta .

Thousands of years ago, Vedanta declared that
truth lies within, not outside.
The true nature of man
is not body or mind, but consciousness.

But with time, Vedanta also
got entangled in many religious beliefs, rituals and interpretations.

Vedanta 2.0 attempts
to re-articulate that original vision.

It is not based on tradition or belief,
it is based on experience and awareness .

Vedanta 2.0 tries to understand life on three levels:

Energy – the fundamental force of life
Consciousness – the ability to see and understand
Existence – the universal reality in which everything is happening

In this view, lust, love, compassion, meditation and samadhi
are all different states of the same energy.

Man's inner journey is also the journey of this energy.

Starting from work, this journey
through love, compassion and consciousness
ultimately leads to a free life.

The purpose of Vedanta 2.0 is not to establish any doctrine.
Its purpose is simply to enable human beings
to recognize their inner consciousness.

Because when a person understands himself,
most of the illusions of life automatically end.

Vedanta 2.0 is therefore
not a philosophy,
but a vision of understanding life .
